TRIP UPDATE:

After several months of anticipation and preparation, the Malawi Travel Study Group departed from Dulles International Airport on Saturday evening, May 3rd. Seeking to experience and be a witness to God’s work in Malawi, the travelers represent churches from Maryland and Florida and expect to travel in Malawi until May 16th. They will visit three mission hospitals in central and northern Malawi including Nkhoma, Embangweni and Ekwendeni, all ministries of our Malawian partner Central Church of Africa Presbyterian (CCAP). They will also visit Ministry of Hope Child Care Centers and Crisis Nurseries in Lilongwe and Mzuzu.

As the group prepared their congregation’s gathered gifts for Community Child Care Centers and needed items for Ministry of Hope Crisis Nurseries. They also gathered knitted hats and blankets, and needed hospital supplies. Please keep them in prayer as they travel and as time permits they will continue to send updates.
